    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Dublin, CA

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
    • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress reports.
    • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • California state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Previous experience working with individuals of all ages preferred.
    • Strong clinical skills with knowledge of a variety of assessment and treatment techniques.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients.
