    GENERAL SUMMARY

    The Equipment Maintenance Technician II will represent Test Operations in the Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Calibrations of equipment used for the production, test, and development of semiconductors. This individual will communicate and collaborate with internal departments, including Test Operations, Engineering, and Quality, daily to assist in reaching company objectives.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Creating, maintaining, and reviewing technical documentation such as Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, and process specifications.
    • Performing repairs, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on a variety of semiconductor test platforms and automation systems, to include pick and place, and Gravity fed handling systems.
    • Converting semiconductor test and automation equipment configurations to meet production requirements.
    • Providing daily production, and engineering support to meet customer ship schedules.
    • Addressing other tasks as they arise, such as maintaining maintenance spare inventory and parts ordering.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintaining and updating the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
    • Installation and commissioning of new equipment
    • De-commissioning of equipment, including but not limited to physically removing equipment from the test floor.
    • Supporting the 5S Program

    PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • ASEE or Equivalent preferred
    • 1+ years of equipment maintenance experience required

      5. Temperature-forcing equipment
      6. Basic lab equipment
      7. Burn In chambers
