- Provide onsite technical customer support for hardware, storage area networks, and system configurations
- Analyze software and hardware error logs to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
- Manage inventory and parts accurately and efficiently
- Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets, expense reports, and audit forms
- Maintain effective communication with customers and support center during repair process
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience working with OEM data center hardware
- CompTIA A+ and Server+ certifications required
- Ability to work long and/or unusual hours while maintaining effectiveness
- Valid driver's license with appropriate driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping
- Additional OEM computer hardware certifications from major vendors
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Engineering
