- Compensation and Benefits: Manage the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing industry.
Ensure company policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. - Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Implement strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Generate regular reports for senior management on HR-related activities and initiatives. Work on initiatives that support organizational growth, development, and change management. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred) but not required.
- Extensive experience in human resources management, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial settings required
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus but not required.
