Associate Attorney
United Talent Staffing is looking for a dedicated associate attorney with one plus years of experience in estate transactions and/or land titles. The firm is in Dallas, Georgia. Job Duties:

• Conducting real estate closings, both residential and commercial.
• Title examinations and the review and analysis of title examinations.
• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of transactional documents.
• Issuance of title insurance commitments and policies and drafting applicable policy exclusions.
• Corresponding and meeting with leaders, real estate brokers and agents, and multiple parties to various transactions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to thrive in a small environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures.
• Licensed attorney with 1+ years of experience. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Pay & Shift:

• Salary 55-65k BOE
• Monday-Friday
