    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Bilingual Client Relationship Manager in Houston, TX. The Sr. Manager is responsible for refining and expanding the firm's reach to Houston and Texas. You will develop sales plans to build a sales team, develop local sales strategy, generate revenue, collaborate with investment and marketing teams, and lead the sales team to build a seamless process and procedure in prospecting and contacting potential investors, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely fashion to seal the deal and ensure client satisfaction and happiness.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in leading sales teams on effective investment sales strategy and sales performance
    • Experience in the financial industry with HNW or family office and other client-facing functions
    • Work with the executive leadership to craft roadmaps and timelines to build a client base in the Houston/Texas area.
    • Improve client relationship management KPI design.
    • Build, develop, and coach a team of top-notch sales talent.
    • Provide feedback on critical budgeting and investment decisions.
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    • Bilingual in Chinese and English
