    Job Overview


    To efficiently deliver retail services to current clients, achieve individual and team sales targets, and contribute to the overarching objectives of Rancho Foods, Inc.



    • Process orders for clients
    • Explore and enlist new customers
    • Distribute pricing information to clients
    • Address customer inquiries regarding credit terms, product details, pricing, and product availability
    • Prepare call schedules for existing clients
    • Resolve customer concerns by investigating issues and devising solutions
    • Maintain accurate customer records

    Essential Requirements


    High School diploma or equivalent


    Proficiency in Spanish


    Minimum of two years' experience in customer assistance


    At least two years of sales experience


    Physical Expectations


    The physical demands detailed herein represent the requirements for successful performance in this role.

    During the job, the employee will regularly stand, sit, converse, listen, and use hands and fingers for computer and telephone operations. Some light to moderate lifting of office supplies might be needed.
