Lockheed Martin Aeronautics at NAS Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Flight Test engineer in Weapons System Integration
In this role, you will support flight test activities on the F-35B and F-35C aircraft as part of the Air Vehicle team coordinating certification and integration testing of various weapons systems for the F-35
Tasks include test planning/execution/reporting, supporting test flight briefings/debriefings, providing real time control room monitoring during test events, requesting/analyzing flight data, and conducting aircraft troubleshooting
A level 3 employee Typically has years of professional experience

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, System Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Project experience to include test planning, execution and data analysis
Experience supporting aviation flight test activities.
Desired Skills:
Weapons design, integration, or test experience
Technical leadership experience
MATLAB/coding (C++, Python) experience
Good written and verbal skills.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level:
Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
