Job summary
The Abeka School Events Office Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for Abeka school conventions and events.
Provide administrative event support including maintaining event planners calendars lists and tracking documents. Prepare organize materials for planning meetings representative assignments and workshop speakers.
Maintain registration documentation including required registrations payments communication with event organizers. Maintain organized digital folders information sheets for Christian school conventions assigned events.
