    Job Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and property division.
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
    • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development.
    • Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed of their rights and options.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, with a strong emphasis on trial work.
    • Must have trial experience and able to handle a divorce trial
    • In-depth knowledge of family law and court procedures.
    • Must be able to handle case load of approximately 30-40 cases
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
