    Job Title: Valet Parking Ambassador

    Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management and premium hospitality services for the live event industry.     About This Role

    We are seeking a Valet Parking Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage handling ensure positive first last impressions of our facilities or establishments reporting directly to the Lead Valet Ambassador at Centennial Yards.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests professionally upon arrival answering inquiries about the facility nearby attractions or services while assisting with opening vehicle doors handling luggage directing as needed parking vehicles in designated areas ensuring proper key handling maintaining accurate vehicle logs adhering to traffic regulations at all times inspecting vehicles before parking reporting any damage promptly following safety protocols preventing accidents damage keep valet area clean organized free hazards manage capacity maximize available space use valet systems if applicable work closely communicate supervisors operational issues guest concerns physical demands include standing walking running lifting luggage up frequent exposure outdoor weather conditions potential vehicle exhaust strong interpersonal organizational skills attention detail ability drive manual transmission maintain valid driver record li Ability excellent communication skills li Physically fit able run distances repeatedly Requirements:
    The ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service hospitality or valet services education high school diploma equivalent preferred plus relevant certifications such as CPR First Aid may be beneficial occasional shifts night weekends require reliability punctuality certification training provided adhere strict safety standards promote positive attitude teamwork team environment believe diverse backgrounds help us succeed improving inclusion strategies bridge gaps that prevent some from fully contributing create inclusive welcoming environments where everyone can grow thrive here we value diversity make difference every day
