    Client Account Representative (Malvern, PA)

    The Client Account Representative is the primary interface with Account Executives, Health Systems, and Clinical Practices, which is critical to maintaining account satisfaction.


    Your role:

    • Provide support via phone, email, and fax to Account Executives, clinics, and health systems.
    • Field product and process questions and coordinate interaction with operations.
    • Be the key point of contact for assigned regions and ensure all inquiries received are handled timely and with an accurate response.
    • Enroll/register new practices and staff members.
    • This is an individual contributor, hybrid position in Malvern, PA.
    • Comfortable working Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm EST, 9:30am-6:00pm EST, or 11:30am-8:00pm.

    You're the right fit if:

    • You have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • You've acquired 2 years of work experience; medical field and call center experience is a bonus.
    • Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel), intermediate computer skills, can work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously, detail orientation, exceptional time management, and can multitask.
    • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
    • You're an excellent communicator (verbal/written), professional and pleasant, strong team player, flexible, and adapt well to change.
