- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues utilizing knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- Perform routine maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain suggested repairs and provide accurate estimates of work to be done
- Utilize dealership resources and specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Keep up
- to
- date on manufacturer technical bulletins and complete necessary training to maintain Master Technician status
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety standards and dealership guidelines
- Assist other technicians as needed and provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team membersRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Automotive Technician, with at least 2 years at the Master level
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
- Proficient with dealership diagnostic equipment and computer software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast
- paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem
- solving skills
