- Responsible for the documentation of patient care and treatments within the electronic health record.
- Functions as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
- Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient.
- Must be able to take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations and to help support their team of co-workers.
- Associate or Bachelors degree in nursing
- Current unencumbered Montana LPN or RN license
- Current BLS

Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a RN or LPN join our I CARE team in the Primary Care Clinic setting.
Essential duties of this position include documentation of patient care in the EMR, assisting with in-clinic procedures, and timely follow up on patient messages and lab results.
