- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 50-hour week

- Support Asset Leadership and Engineering Teams on optimization strategies
- Develop plans to address facilities performance issues
- Lead real-time and long-term optimization strategies
- Act as subject matter expert for troubleshooting and investigations
- Manage project development while adhering to Safety Engineering Principles
- Drive optimization studies and participate in field activities
- Mentor junior engineers
- Participate in different project stages and studies
- Aid in early design phases for new facilities
- Implement Right Scope Framework for projects
- Contribute to facilities and systems reviews
- Engage in field activities for project support
- Provide guidance to less experienced engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with discipline design standards and safety criteria
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong English communication skills
