Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Medical ICU, sepsis, cardiogenic shock, (Perm staff will get the cardiac surgical patients)

Skills required:
General ICU experience, Tele, Traches, Vents, Chest Tubes, titrating gtts, A-Lines

Required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Support on the

Unit:
Charge nurse: Takes a patient assignment at times Phlebotomy? Yes IV/VAT Team: For midlines, PICCs or hard IV sticks

EPIC, Alaris, Pyxis
