    Centurion Selection are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who has extensive experience within multifamily and hospitality projects, with expertise in both ground-up construction and renovation.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified timelines and budgetary constraints.

    They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.


    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

    Team Management:

    Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.


    Budget Management:
    Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety standards.

    Schedule Management:
    Establish project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure adherence through effective time management and coordination.

    Quality Assurance:

    Implement quality control measures and inspections to ensure that construction and renovation work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.


    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, delays, and cost overruns.

    Communication:

    Facilitate clear and timely communication among all stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and resolution of issues or conflicts.


    Client Relations:

    Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.


    Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, environmental standards, and other legal requirements governing construction and renovation projects.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in project management processes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Proven track record of managing multifamily and hospitality projects, including ground-up construction and renovation, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

    Strong knowledge of construction principles, building systems, and materials, as well as relevant codes and regulations.
    Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project, and familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools is preferred.

    PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent credentials are desirable.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
