    Job Summary:


    A Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for monitoring, automating, and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of TechOps supply chain application.

    We are seeking a highly skilled SRE with a strong background in Database Design, Azure DevOps, SRE, GITHUB, and Infra CI/CD Pipelines.

    With 10-14 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead our efforts in managing geospatial data and infrastructure, ensuring high-quality and efficient project delivery.

    Proven experience in Database Design, Azure DevOps, SRE, GITHUB, and Infra CI/CD Pipelines is mandatory.
    Experience with Azure cloud
    Experience with APM tools Dynatrace SaaS, Mezmo (LogDNA) and Azure native tools
    Experience building automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines - Experience with Github enterprise, Git Actions Added advantage: Worked as SRE similar to an environment such as Azure cloud, Angular


    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Oversee the design and maintenance of geospatial databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    Implement and manage Azure DevOps practices for geospatial project lifecycle, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
    Utilize GITHUB for version control and collaboration across geospatial development projects.
    Design and implement Infra CI/CD pipelines for automated geospatial software deployment and infrastructure management.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial solutions into broader organizational projects.
    Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues before they impact project delivery.
    Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout the geospatial project lifecycle.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
    Work on tasks such as preventing incidents with setting up alerts for symptoms
    Coordinating with multiple teams such as azure cloud platform, enterprise monitoring tools, enterprise DevOps and IT security teams.
    Building effective monitoring systems with proactive and reactive alerts.
    Build system health dashboards
    Build end user monitoring dashboards
    Work with Delivery teams to provide insights into monitoring data
    Manage deployments and incidents
    Integrate alerts with notifications engine

    Experience:

    10-14 years


    Required Skills:
    Azure DevOps, SRE, GITHUB, Infra CI CD Pipelines
    Hands-on experience as SRE
    Experience with Azure cloud
    Experience with APM tools Dynatrace SaaS, Mezmo (LogDNA) and Azure native tools
    Experience building automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines
    Experience with Github enterprise, Git Actions


    Nice to have skills:
    Worked as SRE similar to an environment such as Azure cloud, Angular, GraphQL, Mongo DB, Event hub and Moogsoft (AIOPS)
