Job summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to provide services to the public and clerical/administrative support to staff.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, capable of independently managing workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced legal environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients applicants other visitors to the office Answer telephones refer callers to appropriate staff members CLS offices agencies as required Distribute routine incoming outgoing mail Take outgoing mail overnight delivery packages to appropriate depositories Operate maintain upkeep copy scanner fax machines eFax Portal office equipment Maintain upkeep stock order office supplies Order only when needed or suggested Maintain supply forms pamphlets clients applicants visitors Maintain case files coordinate appointments close physical electronic files file closed files Ensure office polished upkept arrival new hires clients guests Communicate maintenance necessary May temporarily assigned CLS offices travel required Other duties assigned
