Collision Repair Estimator
Job Description:
Our thriving collision repair shop in Colorado is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team.
We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can utilize your exceptional attention to detail and industry-standard expertise to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Assess damage to vehicles and identify necessary repairs with meticulous attention to detail
Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software, taking into account any possible issues that may arise during the repair process
Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies to explain repair options, estimate costs, and obtain necessary approvals
Order and track parts to ensure timely repair completion while monitoring costs
Monitor repair progress to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion, ensuring all repair work meets industry standards and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of repair estimates, work orders, and invoices
Collaborate with our exceptional team of experienced technicians and administrative staff to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Repair Estimator, with expertise in industry-standard estimating software
In-depth knowledge of collision repair industry standards and regulations, including proficiency in identifying and addressing potential issues that may arise during the repair process
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and insurance companies
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation:
Starting salary range of $65,000-$70,000 per year based on experience and performance
Commission-based incentive plan to reward exceptional performance
