Description

Spherion Temple is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in Killeen as a Customer Service Representative. If you thrive in a multi-tasking work environment and have a passion for helping others and have experience in a call center environment we encourage you to apply

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and provide quality customer service

Research customer questions regarding ATM and ACH claims

Provide accurate information about account and card transactions

Offer call completion and/or alternate options for resolving a claim

Accurately complete claims forms

Perform other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Prior call center experience preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
PC skills and/or data entry skills
Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications
