Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in hot subs, made right. We serve large portions of premium meats and cheeses, "steamed" hot and placed atop fresh produce on a toasted sub roll. Each restaurant offers a family-oriented dining atmosphere, complete with an authentic firefighter theme that celebrates local firefighting history, as well as the founding family's 200 years of firefighting service.

Who you are:

As a Shift Leader, you are a role model for success Your excellence allows you to easily plan and achieve targeted goals. You're a fast learner and can manage inventory and your team efficiently. This position naturally fits into a variety of growth opportunities no matter what you choose to do

What you'll do:

Create a great guest experience.
Train and retain employees on proper procedures and production.
Manage 2-6 other employees at all times to ensure all prep & cleaning is done in a timely manner.
Inventories, both daily and weekly. Entering and tracking inventory usage and loss.
Truck orders.
Cash management, including auditing & deposits.
Payroll management on a shift-by-shift basis.
Takes initiative & is a problem-solver.
