- Ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit regulations
- Conduct regular file audits and inspections to ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with state housing agencies and other regulatory bodies
- Provide training and support to property management staff on compliance issues
- Prepare and submit required reports to state agencies in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to address compliance issues and provide support as needed
- LIHTC Property management in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in low-income housing tax credit compliance reporting
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and housing regulations
- Excellent people skills and ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software systems
- RealPage property management software experience
