- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to our recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and service areas.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with professionalism.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Eye for details.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more.
- Willing to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays.
