The Ground Support Agent plays a crucial role in enhancing the 5-star customer service experience provided by the FBO. By undertaking various responsibilities, the agent ensures that customers, visitors, and business associates receive exceptional support and assistance throughout their interactions.

Salaries offered are region-specific, with a baseline range of $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, excluding any additional premiums.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
• Proficiency in English language (B1 level or equivalent)
• Ability to obtain an airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Provide a warm and courteous welcome to customers, offering assistance during arrival and departure
• Act as a liaison for service requests, coordinating various internal departments to fulfill customer needs
• Handle the transfer of packages and baggage to and from different transport vehicles
• Operate courtesy vehicles for passenger and cargo transportation
• Assist in aircraft and hangar cleaning tasks
• Maintain inventory and stock levels in kitchen and bistro areas
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Represent Jet Aviation professionally and uphold company standards

• Proficiency in basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK)
