- One or more years of experience operating a commercial vehicle, preferably a motor coach or school bus.
- A valid class B or A commercial driver's license.
- An unrestricted Passenger endorsement (ability to transport 15 passengers or more). Operators with a valid class A or B license without a Passenger endorsement may have an opportunity to obtain one as part of the 5-week training program.
- Availability to work a 5-or 6-day workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and D.O.T. physical
- A valid passport or enhanced driver's license for travel to Canada.
- A driving record that meets insurance standards.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A love of operating a motor coach and the willingness to travel.
- Generous $7500 Sign-on bonus ($500 of which is for your initial uniform allowance)
- First year average earnings $50,000.00-$55,000.00.
- 5-week paid training program at the rate of $20 an hour.
