    RN Geriatric Full Time Rotating Position Summary

    This position involves providing direct clinical patient care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit level basis. The role also entails overseeing staff to whom appropriate care is assigned. Additionally, the role is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, maintaining the competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management in relation to patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

    Education

    Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

    Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

    Certification

    Required: Must hold current licensing, certification, or registration to practice the profession as mandated by state regulations, laws, or policies. CPR certification is essential.
