Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is working with a supported living center in Denton, Texas to hire a Lpn/lvn. For more than 30 years, we've specialized in helping healthcare professionals find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals. Whether you're just starting out or a veteran Lpn/lvn, we'd love to get to know you and talk about the options that are available.

Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,180 - $1,302 per week
- 26-week contract with possibility of extension
- SNF
- Supported living center
- PM shift available
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Travel pay packages, including housing and meals allowance, are available

Requirements:
- Texas Lpn/lvn License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- SNF experience preferred
