Requirements:

• Illinois Professional Educator License with School Social Worker endorsement or School Counselor endorsement
• Satisfactory Evaluation for the past two years
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of current instructional and curricular methodologies
• Average Daily Attendance of greater than 93% of a regular school term
• Evidence of current professional development
• Must not exceed 3% salary cap
• District 189 Teaching staff have selection priority on a point system as described in Article XVII of 1220 Agreement
