Job summary

The University of New Haven is seeking an Assistant Director of Purchasing to assist in the daily administration of the Purchasing Card Program (PCard) and provide centralized support for travel needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the PCard system and educate the university community on policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cardholder activity to ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Perform complex program analysis, reconciliations, and research.
