    The Crown Is Yours Join our Global Compliance & Risk Team as a Licensing Associate and contribute to the expansion of our licensing and registration activities.

    In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall efficiency of our compliance efforts.

    You'll be instrumental in maintaining and innovating our licensing processes, working directly with employees to manage licensing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    What youll do as a Licensing Associate Support our global licensing program by working directly with employees to prepare and maintain occupational licensing applications and other requirements.

    Regularly communicate with state regulators and maintain a strong partnership.
    Maintain established filing and tracking systems as well as innovate by establishing improvements to current processes.
    Provide critical updates regarding license status and highlight any outstanding items that are required for completion.
    Prepare and analyze reports for submission to compliance leadership and regulators regarding occupational licensing.
    Research licensing requirements and provide guidance on the application of regulations.

    What youll bring At least 1 year of experience in an Administration, Compliance, Customer Service, Human Resources, Legal, or Gaming role.

    Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities and changes in scope or direction.
    A track record of learning, understanding, and interpreting new laws, rules, and regulations is a plus.
    Eager to innovate processes and procedures with fresh ideas and forward-thinking.
    Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, Smartsheets is strongly preferred.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with superb attention to detail and accuracy.
    Paralegal or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50, $75,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
