    • Full-time: W2 - $577,000, 7-weeks PTO
    • PC - $577,000, 45 weeks of service
    • $10,000 relocation allowance
    • $20,000 commencement bonus

    • St. Bernardine Medical Center | San Bernadino, CA
    • 10 ORs + 2 OBs | 427 beds | L2
    • Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am to 7 pm
    • 10s, 12s, 24s available
    • MDs work their own cases with collaborative approach to CRNAs
    • 1,055 births/year
    • 7,388 cases | general, ortho, urology, | hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | + OB (100 deliveries a month)
    • Call 1 to 2 times a week/post call off
    • Community Hospital of San Bernardino
    Requirements
    • Active state license | DEA | State CDS
    • Board certification required
    • ACLS | PALS | BLS
