    To strengthen our Sintetica US team at our headquarters in Princeton, NJ, we are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A.

    Essential Tasks And Responsibilities


    The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Accounting/Finance Function for Sintetica US and will report directly to the Finance Director.

    Work directly with Finance Director on Financial Planning and Analysis exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting.

    Assist in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, analyzing trends and variances related to revenue and expenses, and prepare financial statements.

    Provide on-site financial support to the Finance Director, US team and work collaboratively with the Global Finance team.
    Assist with the preparation of Management presentation materials.

    Tracking financial terms and conditions of customer contracts and work together with the company's third-party service providers, 3PL, Pharmacovigilance etc.

    Responsible for sales reporting and sales reserves and allowances accounting and analysis; become familiar with key customer contracts and terms.

    Oversee the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general & cost accounting, and 3PL reporting.

    Set-up financial models used in product profitability analysis and update quarterly.
    Interface with auditors and manage annual audit.
    Other ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned time to time.
    Requirements

    Degree in accounting, finance, CPA or equivalent
    5+ years progressive experience in the Finance/Accounting field, Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
    Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Revenue Recognition, Cost Accounting
    Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
    Superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail
    MS Office, especially excel and accounting software proficiency (Quickbooks)
    Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
    Team-working oriented approach
    Very good communication and interpersonal skills
    Flexibility, autonomy, proactivity, innovation-oriented
