    Description


    Responsibilities and Duties


    • This individual would be responsible for interaction with Quality Control and Production Personnel
    • Prepare shipping documents for Customer shipments (BOLs, labels, etc.)
    • Prepare parts for shipping, taking care to package to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Work closely with the Operations/Inventory Team to ensure all proper paperwork is provided to the Customer
    • Assist with the prioritization and management of shipments
    • Ensure correct labels with descriptions are printed
    • Obtain correct information for shipment as required
    • Receive in daily shipments and disperse to the proper locations.
    • Assist with materials handling/storage
    • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing
    • Deliver/Pick up parts/materials/supplies as needed
    • Perform additional operational/fulfillment tasks that support other departments as needed
    • Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain departmental housekeeping standards

    Qualifications and Skills


    • 2-3 years related experience in a shipping/warehouse environment.
    • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including a understanding of Excel
    • Ability to drive Forklift
    • Able to lift min. 50 lbs safely
    • A working knowledge of Shoptech/E2 a plus
    • Good attention to detail
