Responsibilities:

Team Medicine

Clinical Appointment

Provide a cohesive working relationship and mentorship with all co-workers

Provide a cohesive clinical best practice model with Advanced Practice Clinicians and Director of Physician Clinics

Qualifications

Board Certified/Board Eligible: - to be completed within 5 years of residency.

DEA/ CSR Requirements: Must possess a valid Oregon DEA, OR License and Medical Malpractice Insurance

Medicare/ Medicaid requirements: Must accept all Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare - no sanctions

Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.): BLS Preferred
