    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensure all NMS tool compliance with regulatory and security standards.
    • Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers hosting network management tools.
    • Integration of all network monitoring systems with other platforms
    • Coordinate work with other IT teams in an efficient manner.
    • Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing impact of issues, engaging vendor technical support teams.
    • Provide documentation and technical specifications to Network Services for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
    • Complete bug scrubs of new software to be implemented.
    • Implement automation for tools to deliver to logging pipeline, tool backup pipeline, event management pipeline.
    • Implement automation for privileged access management.
    Troubleshoot, update, and clean up existing automation code.
