We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and clients, and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and within project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
