Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex commercial plumbing projects from the initial concept to completion, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to define project specifications, scope, and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects are in full compliance with federal, state, and local building codes and ASHRAE, ASPE, and OSHA safety standards.
• Use advanced project management tools and techniques to track progress, allocate resources, and inform all relevant parties.
• Mentor and guide project teams, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges, conflicts, or discrepancies to ensure minimal disruptions and maintain project timelines.
• Continually review and assess project costs, schedules, and forecasts, implementing adjustments necessary for successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in or near San Jose, CA.
• At least twelve years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting, project engineering, estimating, or plumbing systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and ASHRAE, ASPE, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex plumbing projects.
