    Job Description: The Westchester County Association is seeking an experienced Manager of Membership Engagement to lead our organizations membership growth and engagement efforts. The Manager of Membership Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen relationships with current members and cultivating relationships with new members.

    About the Role: You will work directly with business and nonprofit leaders to help the WCA fulfill its mission by developing and implementing programs to grow the organizations membership and increase membership engagement. This is an on-site position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute strategies to increase membership and membership engagement

    Identify opportunities to expand membership and maximize member retention and satisfaction

    Create marketing and communication plans to promote membership benefits and services

    Manage membership database and provide reports to senior management

    Collaborate with staff and committee leaders to ensure effective integration of membership programs and services

    About You:

    A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration or its equivalent

    3 plus years experience in marketing, communications, membership management or related field

    Excellent written, verbal, project management, and social media skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and membership database software

    Knowledge of Westchester and contacts within the community a plus

    Salary Range: $62,000 -- $70,000 (depending on experience) plus health and retirement benefits.
