    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA/Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that cater to the unique needs of each child.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Initial Assessments and Ongoing Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop effective treatment plans.
    • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Create customized treatment plans and train R/BT's to ensure seamless execution.
    • Session Notes and Feedback: Review session notes, provide constructive feedback to therapists, and enhance overall performance.
    • Parent Training and Quarterly Meetings: Conduct parent training sessions and regular meetings with clients' parents and therapy teams to ensure collaborative care.
    • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other BCBA's, R/BT's, and leadership to drive organizational success.

    Compensation and Schedule:

    • Salary: $75-$85/hr
    • Part-Time

    Requirements:

    • Licensed BCBA/Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
    • Proficiency in Various Assessment Methods
    • Strong Communication & Written Skills
