- Global Helpdesk Management: Lead and manage the global helpdesk using ServiceNow to create metrics and deliverables that continually enhance customer experience.
- Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate with vendors and contractors to procure and maintain IT equipment and services.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and supervision to IT staff, focusing on IT change management best practices.
- Budget Management: Manage all aspects of the corporate IT department's budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Application Development: Oversee global application development projects, vendors, and remote employees. Track project queue, hours, and billable costs.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on IT metrics, budgets, and projects to ensure efficient operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by managing long and short-term projects using approved tools.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Manage ongoing and future mergers and acquisitions tasks, including due diligence tracking and response.
- Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong written, oral communication, and facilitation skills. Work closely with others to promote cybersecurity initiatives and foster positive work relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company, human resources, and safety policies, procedures, and rules.
- Reporting: Keep the VP, CIO, and other key managers informed of significant issues or developments as appropriate.
- Bachelors degree in a technical IT field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a large and complex organization.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, MCSE, CCNA, PMI, CCNP, MCITP, SOC, CISSP, or CSI are preferred.
- Proficiency with computer tools, online reporting software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
