    Your Journey Awaits: Key Responsibilities

    • Travel Across the Nation: Generally 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding NW states during winter).
    • Flexible Work Schedule: Work based on customer needs, with opportunities to build dedicated routes through our logistics sister company.
    • Easy Freight Handling: Enjoy drop and hook, no touch freight.
    • Drive Modern Equipment: Operate 2020 or newer sleeper trucks that are well-maintained.
    • Home Time: Dispatch is flexible and can accommodate your schedule and home time needs.
    • Compensation for Delays: Earn $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours at the facility.
    • Breakdown Support: Receive $200 per day for any breakdown/maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).

    What We're Looking For: Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years CDL A experience.
    • Age: Must be 25 years or older (under 75 for insurance reasons).
    • Driving Record: Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR.
    • Safety First: No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
