    ** Marketing & Sales Coordinator**

    **Description**

    **Essential Duties / Responsibilities:**

    Responsible for all aspects of company social media, including guest interactions.

    Creates and manages mailing lists, currently using Mailchimp.

    Manage and update the company website, (currently using Wordpress.)

    Plan and coordinate resort wide events.

    Generate additional group sales.

    Help design and produce marketing and promotional materials.

    Help generate marketing assets including videos, pictures, print, etc.

    This is not an all inclusive list, other responsibilities and projects will be assigned.

    **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

    Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

    Understands and executes the Company's vision, mission and business objectives.

    Fosters good relationships with guests, coworkers, and outside vendors.

    Works with other departments on project execution.

    **Experience:** 1-3 years experience in a marketing or sales position preferred but not required.

    **Working Environment/Physical Activities:**

    Although most of the work day is spent indoors in a normal office environment, be prepared to engage in outdoor activities such as photography, and event preparation and participation.
