    The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining employees to #TeamMilhaus. This position will manage our efforts in full-cycle talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and supervising the recruitment team to ensure seamless hiring processes. The TAM will serve as a key brand ambassador and make a significant impact on the growth and success of Milhaus.

    Essential Position Functions

    • Lead execution of full-scale recruitment process & experience including intakes & position development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordinating, and selection processes. This process includes the execution of several pre-hire tasks as well to best prepare the new hire for the onboarding process.
    • Management of applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards to ensure great candidate and hiring management experience.
    • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
    • Oversees background check process and procedures in accordance with company standards for all finalists. Partners with HR Director on final determinations when applicable.
    • Prepare talent acquisition reports as requested and provide quarterly recruitment quality summaries.
    • Management of third-party recruitment relationships, offshoring, vendors, contracts, etc.
    • Partner with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions and talent strategies to best attract talent.
    • Budget tracking related to recruitment expenses and contracts.
    • Coaching, mentoring, and managing recruiter team.
    • Organize and/or attend career fairs, networking events, or other events.
    • Lead and/or participate in Talent Acquisition and HR team meetings.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Five plus (5+) years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or relevant degree strongly preferred.
    • Previous experience interacting with various managers, leaders, and decision-makers.
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, including ATS and sourcing sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Proven experience with recruiting and talent management processes.
    • Management/mentorship experience preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Passion for connecting with people to best match professionals with career opportunities.
    • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
