- Interact with customers and act as a liaison between finance and the sales teams;
- Responsible for the reduction of all accounts receivable aging categories based on prompt, effective email activities and customer account reconciliations;
- Work with sales operations and clients to resolve customer billing issues;
- Review accounts that are delinquent, on credit hold or over their credit limit;
- Issue monthly invoices and manage special billing requirements
- Respond to billing related questions from both internal and external customers; and,
- Ad Hoc projects as necessary
- Bachelors degree preferred;
- Familiarity with automated accounting systems and Excel preferred;
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment; and,
- 0-3 years prior Accounts Receivable or order management experience preferred
