    Candidates must be BC/BE in EndocrinologyPhysician must be able to give certain medications in office, such as ProliaPhysician should be able to provide in-office patient education on InPenMainly outpatientCall schedule will be every other week by phone for clinic patientsTeam made up of one Endocrinologist, an APP, a Phlebotomist, an RN and an LPNDietitian in office to help with diabetes mellitus education, nutrition, weight management and carbohydrate countingOffice is in close proximity to retail pharmacy and EDDiverse population, with varied and complex endocrinopathyInternal support and multidisciplinary team careIn-office A1C Meter, and Diagnostic Lab on siteWe will provide:
