- Responsible for the daily treasury management operations
- Accurately forecasts short- and long-term projections and cash flow analysis.
- Creates & improves daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reporting to management.
- Streamlines treasury process efficiencies to allow for future Company growth.
- Works with fluctuating cash demands.
- Utilizes financial analysis tools to identify and recommend actionable solutions.
- Performs treasury functions related to cash flow planning, cash management, and liquidity management.
- Improvement in forecasting while maintaining free cash flow objectives.
- Performs various treasury functions such as managing foreign exchange transactions, international payments, and FX hedging instruments.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations and other internal control requirements.
- Develops and maintains internal control policies and procedures related to treasury management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury, including a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible treasury management experience.
- Designation as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas (written and verbal) to the accounting team and management.
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes
- Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
- Produces conscientious, organized, detailed, and accurate work.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Treasury Manager optimizes the organization's cash flow and revenue. They evaluate fiscal decisions, monitor utilization of cashflow, forecast short- and long-term cash levels, ensure adequate liquidity, reconcile models, and recommend actions to meet the organization's financial obligations. The Treasury Manager thinks analytically and uses communication skills to connect with and inform internal stakeholders about financial decisions and best practices.
