Job summary
Responsible for creating & executing recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, maintaining a candidate database, and coordinating the entire process in conjunction with our hiring managers. Screening, interviewing and recommending placement of candidates for all entry-level positions from both internal and external sources.

- Performs all aspects of recruiting for the organization including defining position requirements and posting jobs.
- Screens resumes interviews candidates performs background checks extends job offers negotiates start pay bonuses vacation incentives and facilitates relocation requirements.
