What You'll Do
As a Licensed Therapist at Connected Crew, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible care for clients.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and practices.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dedicated professional who meets the following qualifications:
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Associate in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients.
- A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in mental health care.
