- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to intellectual property litigation cases.
- Represent clients in District Court of Delaware and other relevant courts, both in court hearings and through written pleadings.
- Provide legal counsel to clients regarding intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in the firm on case strategy, client consultations, and trial preparation.
- Participate in all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to post-trial motions and appeals.
- Stay current on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate case records, billing, and timekeeping.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Delaware State Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on intellectual property litigation in the District Court of Delaware.
- Superior academic credentials.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
